3. Estimates, Quotes & Pricing

  • Pricing may change due to parts availability, labor scope changes, site conditions, or regulatory requirements.

  • Taxes, permits, environmental fees, freight, and third-party costs are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly included.

4. Refurbished Equipment Disclaimer

Refurbished equipment is sold subject to availability and prior sale and:

  • May show cosmetic wear

  • Is restored to operational standards but sold “AS IS” unless a written warranty is provided

  • May not meet future manufacturer or regulatory updates

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are stated on invoices or service agreements.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension, late fees, or collections.

  • Where permitted by law, installed equipment remains Company property until payment is received in full.

Customers must provide:

Delays caused by lack of access may result in rescheduling fees.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are separate from our services.

8. Limitation of Liability
