3. Estimates, Quotes & Pricing
All estimates are non-binding unless stated otherwise in writing.
Pricing may change due to parts availability, labor scope changes, site conditions, or regulatory requirements.
Taxes, permits, environmental fees, freight, and third-party costs are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly included.
4. Refurbished Equipment Disclaimer
Refurbished equipment is sold subject to availability and prior sale and:
May show cosmetic wear
Is restored to operational standards but sold “AS IS” unless a written warranty is provided
May not meet future manufacturer or regulatory updates
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are stated on invoices or service agreements.
Late payments may result in service suspension, late fees, or collections.
Where permitted by law, installed equipment remains Company property until payment is received in full.

Customers must provide:
Safe, reasonable access to equipment and facilities
Compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local safety regulations
Accurate site information and readiness
Delays caused by lack of access may result in rescheduling fees.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
No implied warranties are provided unless expressly stated in writing.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation due to environmental, electrical, or third-party factors.
Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are separate from our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
