- Pricing may change due to parts availability, labor scope changes, site conditions, or regulatory requirements.
- Taxes, permits, environmental fees, freight, and third-party costs are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly included.
4. Refurbished Equipment Disclaimer
Refurbished equipment is sold subject to availability and prior sale and:
- May show cosmetic wear
- Is restored to operational standards but sold “AS IS” unless a written warranty is provided
- May not meet future manufacturer or regulatory updates
5. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are stated on invoices or service agreements.
- Late payments may result in service suspension, late fees, or collections.
- Where permitted by law, installed equipment remains Company property until payment is received in full.

Delays caused by lack of access may result in rescheduling fees.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers

- We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation due to environmental, electrical, or third-party factors.
- Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are separate from our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
